If you are looking for expertly aged fine wines, then you have to look no further than Gershon Bachus Vintners. Seated wine tastings at GBV offers an aficionado or a newbie a relaxed setting where you can learn the family story, taste our estate wines, and become a GBV Wineaux.  The 2008 Estate grown wines released are first class.  ERATO, Goddess of Music Love and Poetry is a 100% Cabernet Franc that delivers big flavor, complete balance and a lingering finish.  The sweetness comes from the grape.  The wine was aged in Hungarian Oak for 19 months.  In a similar style of wine-making HESPERUS God of the Evening Star Grenache.  This wine is truly a star.  The hillside vineyard rewarded GBV with incredible grapes.  A lighter wine with flavors of black berry and a hint of cocoa.  The recently released AEOLUS, Keeper of the Winds proprietary blend of Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel and Grenache blends the De Portola Wine Trails estate grapes into masterpiece wine.

Gershon Bachus Vintners is the premiere boutique winery in the heart of the Temecula Valley Wine Country that was established in 2005 by Ken and Christina Falik. While tasting wines with their associates in 2001, Ken and Christina found a beautiful 20 acre parcel on De Portola Road, a breathtakingly stunning section of the Temecula Valley Wine Country. That day, the thought of starting a luxury winery in the Temecula Valley California was not on their minds. The land and the villa were to be a second home, which would be a great complimentary property, with stunning views. Over the next few years, Ken and Christina came to the Temecula Valley Wine Country often, and brought their friends with them.

As you enter the Gates at the entrance on De Portola Road, you will be emotionally transported to the hills of Tuscany.  If for only a short time, you will experience a day of heightened senses.
