Danza del Sol Winery

The Danza del Sol Winery is located on the beautiful De Portola Wine Trail and offers you a unique and personal wine tasting experience that you won’t find anywhere else in the Temecula Valley Wine Country. The Danza del Sol Winery is excited to share with you its revamped wine tasting room and inviting outdoor patio that combine both simplicity and elegance paired nicely with our hand-crafted wines. To accompany this great atmosphere and the elegant selection of wines, the views from the patio of the Danza del Sol Winery are wonderful, and really capture the true essence of the Temecula Valley Wine Country.

Twenty-five acres are planted on the Temecula Valley Wine Country property, with the following varietals: Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Cab Franc, Tempranillo, Petite Verdot and Merlot. In the wake of Dr. Filsinger’s well deserved retirement, the estate was purchased by wine enthusiast Robert Olson, and will continue to flourish as the new Danza del Sol Winery in the heart of the Temecula Valley Wine Country.

While Danza del Sol is proud to introduce its own wines, it will continue to support the Filsinger brand wines. Danza del Sol is dedicated to producing premium varietal and proprietary blended wines that are sure to exceed your expectations. At Danza del Sol Vineyards, you are sure to find wines that will meet your preference, as we serve an incredible selection of both white wines and red wines, and also offer Methode Champenois champagne.

Is this your first time visiting the Temecula Valley Wine Country for a wine tasting experience? If so, you need to visit and sample the wines in the beautifully decorated wine tasting room at the Danza del Sol Winery, which is located on the De Portola Wine Trail in Temecula, Ca. The wine tasting room is open daily from 11:00am – 6:00pm (Closed major Holidays). You will receive 5 Tastes for $10. As part of your tasting fee, you will have the option to taste 5 different wines on the tasting list and you will also receive a tasting glass. However, it is an additional $3 charge for sparkling wine tastings.

The servers at the Danza del Sol Winery enjoy talking with customers about the wines and encourage you to take notes and learn more about wines and the wine-making process. Definitely grab a copy of the tasting menu for notes and for future reference for your next visit. Enjoy a picnic with a bottle of Danza del Sol wine on its expansive patio. Take in the views of the rolling hills and just relax.
