Danza del Sol has brought back the pick-up party that so many customers have long desired.  Spurred by the increased popularity the pick-up party has been extended an extra day so that clients really have the time to see what they are getting:  some of the finest wines grown in North America.   It’s a simple concept:  simply show up to the Danza del Sol winery either on June 9 or June 10, 2011 where you simply pick up your case of wine instead of having it delivered.  The best part of this event and process is all the friends you can have the opportunity to meet and even become friends with yourself.

Nestled in the rolling hills of the beautiful Temecula Wine Valley, Danza del Sol Winery is a thirty-five acre estate winery located in Southern California’s Wine Country. While Danza del Sol’s tasting room officially opened in February 2010, the winery itself already has a remarkable history. The estate was previously owned by Dr. William Filsinger and his late wife Katharine who provided Temecula Wine Valley with exceptional wines for nearly 30 years. Twenty-five acres are planted with the following varietals: Gewurztraminer, Sauivignon Blanc, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Cab Franc, Tempranillo, Petite Verdot and Merlot. In the wake of Dr. Filsinger’s well deserved retirement, the estate was purchased by wine enthusiast Robert Olson.
